The Story
I wanted to create something that would actually wake you up without that caffeine crash later. This is my go-to when I need to get things moving. It’s got Jasmine Green Tea for that gentle "up," but I really focused on Ginkgo Biloba to get the blood flowing to the brain so you can stay sharp and on point.
Why it Works
The Jasmine Green Tea gives you a smooth energy boost, and the Ginkgo is like a "cerebral tonic" that helps you focus. I added Red Raspberry and Lemon Peel to keep it tasting bright and refreshing, almost like a "liquid sunshine" for your morning or that 2 p.m. slump.
How to Use It
Use at least one full tablespoon of the blend. Pour your hot water over it and let it steep for at least 15 minutes. You want to make sure the Ginkgo has enough time to really release its properties into the water. Drink it and feel the "wake up" kick in.
